Rope Climbs – measure from the ground up: 1 meter climbed = 2 points, so fe you climb a 5 meter rope it’s 10 points –> BE SAFE!!! USE A MAT ON THE FLOOR, BE CAREFUL!!!
Plate Sit-up 5/10kg – lie down on the floor with a weight plate over your head in extended arms position, PUSH the plate towards the ceiling while using your abs to get up to an upright position, try not to swing the plate *watch video for visual cues* – 1 rep = 1 point
Glute Bridge – 2 reps = 1 point, make sure you go to full extension in the reps!
